It comes on if the counter is over 300.000 brake sessions. So if it still is 331600 when set at 0% then it still is over that 300.000. How this can be? I don't know, better to make a log and send it to support so the techs can look into this since it seems to be a malfunction in the special option

Have you checked the motor brushes?

You have to replaced them and then you can do a reset with Maxisys. There is a function to do that.

    Hi Guys!
2day I did the test with the 4buttons resetter from china, and counter increase value like maxisys did( apologize autel team!) So, as I know , sbc generate fault if counter nerly rich 300k LEFT! My one have 301k, so dash appear this fault . Any reset increase this value by? 25, 50, 75, and 100% .Now I have 720k, so is 420k left to scrappage a car. The 2 battery are good, but after reset, nothing happend, even if I do anothing thinks like reset power after ; fault come back again!
    Regards
    Bob

Not sure Maxisys can reset the counter? i have seen tools that can but thats probably not a great idea. when the SBC unit fails you have NO assit.Very hard to stop. Benz had a 10 year warranty on it i believe? They did have a bulletin for replacing the ground harness at the SBC unit. When the counter has run down the correct thing to due is replace it!
